Kurnia Asia 强势转型，浴火重生?

大概去年开始，Kurasia 推出一系列大刀阔斧的业务‘深化改革’计划：
TOP, Mission 15, 现加 Perfect 10，CART, Perfect Rider/Express, NUR, One Touch Campaign.....
弄得整个保险和股票市场沸沸腾腾，翻云覆雨。。。哈!

这些都是后话了，现在要看的是几个有趣的问题：kurasia 除了改革高赔率的车险业务，还要扩大通险和火险业务。这不就和 LPI 呛上了吗？
看看他们最新的季报，kurasia 的季度盈利已经和 LPI 大概打平，上个季度（其中牵涉重整资产报表）甚至大幅超过 LPI。

海外市场又如何呢？ Kurasia 目前比较专注在印尼和泰国，JV 则在 Cambodia 和越南，而 LPI 目前专注在越南和 Cambodia。

oops，讲了这么多，却忘了一个重点!
在 Bancassurance 大行其道的当儿，目前还没有看到 kurasia 和任何本地银行合作。
这里，就无法和 LPI 和 PBBANK 之间的协同关系相比了。
在“一站式”的模式下销售 loan + insurance 的确是 Bancassurance 占优的地方。
