Kurnia Asia 强势转型,浴火重生?

大概去年开始,Kurasia 推出一系列大刀阔斧的业务‘深化改革’计划:
TOP, Mission 15, 现加 Perfect 10,CART, Perfect Rider/Express, NUR, One Touch Campaign.....
弄得整个保险和股票市场沸沸腾腾,翻云覆雨。。。哈!

这些都是后话了,现在要看的是几个有趣的问题:kurasia 除了改革高赔率的车险业务,还要扩大通险和火险业务。这不就和 LPI 呛上了吗?
看看他们最新的季报,kurasia 的季度盈利已经和 LPI 大概打平,上个季度(其中牵涉重整资产报表)甚至大幅超过 LPI。

海外市场又如何呢? Kurasia 目前比较专注在印尼和泰国,JV 则在 Cambodia 和越南,而 LPI 目前专注在越南和 Cambodia。

oops,讲了这么多,却忘了一个重点!
在 Bancassurance 大行其道的当儿,目前还没有看到 kurasia 和任何本地银行合作。
这里,就无法和 LPI 和 PBBANK 之间的协同关系相比了。
在“一站式”的模式下销售 loan + insurance 的确是 Bancassurance 占优的地方。

  2. 嗯。。在会计上,LPI 不是 PBBANK > 50% 的 subsidiary,不过是同一个大老板。商业上也就顺理成章咯。
